Cozy vibes for this rainy Thursday! On one of Will’s trips home to Taipei, he tried a latte with torched black sugar and the rest is history. Ours is made with Okinawa black sugar that we toast and topped with a little sprinkle of sea salt. 🤌

We started Ginkgo in late 2025 as a solution to our neighborhood's specialty coffee desert. Ginkgo is meant to serve the community as a quick stop without compromising quality—or a long conversation with your friendly neighborhood barista. Combined, Will and Mariah have over 12 years of specialty coffee experience. We proudly serve Kuma Coffee.
